Ingredients
Real Feta – 1/4 lb of cubed
Pitted Kalamata olives – 1/2 lb
Hot sausage – 3 links, uncooked
Orzo pasta – 1 box
Preparation
- Boil and drain orzo pasta per box direction.
- In a hot pan with olive oil, sear sausage until cooked through (approximately 4 minutes each side).
- Slice sausage and add sliced Kalamata olives to the pan, sautéing until hot.
- Drizzle olive oil over orzo and stir. Plate sausage and Kalamata olives over orzo and generously top with crumbled Real Feta.
