Ingredients
2 6″ oz ready-made pizza crust
8 oz pizza sauce
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
¼ cup green pepper, diced
¼ cup red pepper, diced
¼ cup yellow pepper, diced
¼ cup zucchini, diced
1 vine tomato, sliced thin
4 oz Real Greek Feta, crumbled
Serves 2
Preparation
- Brush pizza crusts with the olive oil and spread the sauce over entire crust.
- Place all ingredients on the crusts and sprinkle with the salt.
- Bake in a preheated oven of 425 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy!
Tip: You can add sliced Kalamata olives in order to make an ultimate Greek style pizza
